Who handles your data

Services Coronado receives preregistrations as the promoter of the initiative and shares them with SEMM — Mobile Emergency Medical Service, the service provider, to assess the plan launch and, in due course, your enrollment.

What we collect

The primary member’s name, email, phone, preferred language, community, residential address, plan of interest, number of people to include and your authorizations. We do not collect card data, medical data or ID documents.

How we use it

To record your interest, confirm your contact details, review coverage, measure progress toward the minimum number of members and tell you the next steps. We only send promotions if you separately authorize it.

Who we share it with

With SEMM for the purposes above. We do not sell your data. Our hosting and email providers process it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

While the campaign is active and for the period the parties agree to handle inquiries and obligations. Withdrawn or inactive requests are reviewed for anonymization.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw your preregistration by writing to the contact email. We will handle your request in a controlled way to protect your information.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access, audit logs and encryption of your address in the database.
